If you have rode the trails in the winter time at Whiskeytown Lake, you know what a pain it is getting on and off your bike to jump over fallen trees. RMB is now sponsoring The Chimney and Ice Box, The Recliner and The Couch, The Taco Stand and the Mule Mountain Pass as part of the Whiskeytown National Parks "Adopt a Trail" program.
This program requires the "adoptee" to pick up litter, remove debris, and inform the Forest Service of major problems that can not be cleared by the sponsors.
If you would like to become a part of this, let me know. We will need to get your signature before any trail work can be done to insure that you are covered by workmans comp.
We believe that everyone should take an active part in keeping our trails open and fun to ride. We will have designated "trail work" rides that will be focused on trail maintenance. We will have a blast doing it as well!
